We do not collect, store, record, transmit, or process any 14-digit reference numbers, consumer IDs, names, addresses, or billing data on any server or database. When you submit a bill query on our homepage, the request is executed entirely on your client device browser, redirecting you directly to the official government PITC portal.

2. On-Device Local Storage (Recent Searches)

To enhance convenience for returning users, our web application offers an optional "Recent Searches" feature. This feature saves your last entered reference numbers solely inside your browser's local storage (localStorage) on your own device.

This data remains 100% stored on your device and is never sent to us or any third parties. You can clear your search history anytime by clicking the "Clear" button on the homepage form.

3. Third-Party Links & External Government Portals

Our web portal contains outbound links and form action destinations pointing to official government utilities (including PITC, MEPCO, WAPDA, and NEPRA). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of external government websites. We encourage users to review the privacy policies of any external site they visit.

4. Cookies & Analytics

We do not use intrusive tracking cookies, cross-site trackers, or user-profiling telemetry. Standard server access logs (such as IP address and user-agent) may be recorded temporarily by hosting infrastructure (Vercel) for operational security, DDoS prevention, and performance monitoring.
