How to File & Track Your MEPCO Complaint Online
In addition to telephone helplines, consumers can register and perform MEPCO complaint tracking online via the central Customer Complaint Management System (CCMS):
Register Online Complaint
Visit the official PITC CCMS portal, select MEPCO, and enter your 14-digit reference number along with your active mobile number and complaint category (Billing, Meter Fault, Wire Snapping, Unscheduled Load Shedding).
Receive Ticket ID via SMS
Once submitted, MEPCO's central server issues an automated SMS containing an 8-digit Complaint Ticket ID and assigns your complaint to the relevant Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) or feeder line staff.
Track Online Complaint Status
To perform MEPCO online complaint tracking, enter your ticket ID or reference number into the CCMS tracking tab to view current status (Pending, In Progress, Resolved).

⚖️ Unresolved Issues? Escalate to NEPRA Ombudsman
If MEPCO fails to resolve your complaint within 14 business days, you have the statutory right under NEPRA rules to file an official grievance with NEPRA Consumer Affairs (nepra.org.pk) or the Federal Ombudsman (Wafaqi Mohtasib Regional Office, Multan).
