MEPCO Load Shedding Schedule: How to Check Your Feeder Status

Learn how category-wise AT&C loss schedules determine load shedding hours across MEPCO feeders and how to check live outage reports for your area.

Independent Information Disclosure: MEPCO Bill Check is an independent educational portal and does not publish custom feeder schedules. Official feeder outage schedules are determined by MEPCO Regional Control Centers based on line losses.

How MEPCO Category-Wise Load Shedding Works

Under Ministry of Energy and NEPRA guidelines, load management schedules in Pakistan are assigned per 11kV distribution feeder based on Aggregate Technical & Commercial (AT&C) power losses:

Category 1 & 2 Feeders (Low Loss)

Losses below 10-20%. Receive zero or minimal routine load shedding.

Category 3, 4 & 5 Feeders (High Loss)

High theft or non-recovery areas. Subject to scheduled load management slots (2 to 8 hours daily).
